What is PUSH?

PUSH.tv is a PROGRESSIVE full-body personal training system that gets delivered monthly to your door on DVD.  A revolution in the industry, PUSH.tv partners the freedom and affordability of in-home workouts with the luxury and personalized attention of your very own world-renowned personal trainer.

Our knowledgeable fitness experts have created a full-body PROGRESSIVE personal training program that starts off by developing your CORE.  Each training session features innovative exercises delivered in a systematic, progressive format that is geared to challenge your body to promote maximum benefit.  Each DVD builds on the previous month's progress and gets harder as you get stronger to get you noticeable results.

Most exercise DVDs fail because of their static "one size fits all" approach to fitness.  You do the same thing over and over and you get bored and hit a plateau.  With PUSH.tv, our revolutionary PROGRESSIVE approach changes with you and keeps you challenged with optional equipment,  continuous variety, and progressively harder workouts.   It's this method and the personal connection we have with our customers that sets PUSH.tv apart from the rest. 

 
 

Within our core progressive program, you can customize your training sessions when you sign up and as you go along...so as your life changes or your goals change - so does your DVD.  Just let us know by modifying your DVD preferences at any time by going online to your profile page.  Here's how it's customized:

  • Select your Trainer
  • Tell us if you have any home exercise equipment (Dumbbells, Resistance Ball, STEP)
  • Select an Area of Focus (Abs, Legs, Glutes, Arms, Shoulders, Chest, Back).  In addition to incorporating extra body part specific exercises into your personal training sessions with your trainer of choice, you will also receive an Area of Focus mini-session on your DVD which includes an 8-10 minute mini-session on the body part you selected.  Please note that Jessica Smith is our featured trainer for all Area of Focus DVD mini-sessions.
  • Pick a Bonus Footage session (* all bonus sessions are led by Jessica Smith)
  • Tell us if you have any Special Conditions (Post-Natal, Knee, Back, Shoulder)
  • Choose your Cardio
  • Select your Length of Workout
  • Pick your Music (Dance/Electronica, Rock/Pop, Classic Rock, Country, Easy Listening)
  • Change your intensity level
 

PUSH.tv customizes your training sessions to include several types of popular home exercise equipment.  For enhanced results, we recommend getting a set of dumbbells, a resistance ball, and/or a STEP.

Get one or all three and we'll build them into your training sessions to get you the best workout possible.  Cool huh?

 
 

Each DVD includes up to 130 minutes of fitness programming customized to your preferences.  Every month you'll get:

  • (2) 40-minute progressive PUSHpersonal training sessions (you can also choose a 30 minute option)
  • (1) 30 minute cutting-edge PUSHcardio session
  • (1) 10 minute Area of Focus mini-session
  • (1) 10 minute Bonus footage session
 

In addition to two personal training sessions, your PUSH DVD will also include a new 30-minute PUSHcardio routine each month. There are 8 unique PUSHcardios to choose from each featuring a different internationally renowned cardio trainer. You can select which cardio routine you will receive each month or you can let PUSH choose for you (We will send you the cardio routines in the order they appear on your online profile page).

Whether it's kickboxing, STEP, dance, cross-training, martial arts, or yoga - we have the perfect PUSH pick for you.

To get the full benefit of our program, we recommend getting in at least 100 minutes of cardio each week. Do the cardio on your DVD, do your own activity - run, bike, swim, whatever - it all counts toward your 100 minutes.

 
 

Your first DVD includes 2 resistance bands (light and heavy) that are used throughout your training sessions.  You'll be able to track your progress, view your workouts, and modify your monthly DVD preferences with your very own online PUSHprofile page.  As a member, you'll also have online access to fitness and nutrition experts and will receive helpful newsletters, tips, and tools to keep you on track.

 
 

Our one-of-a-kind program has been carefully designed by leading fitness experts to ensure steady advancement that guarantees long lasting results.  The secret is our PROGRESSIVE "Four-Phase System" and our ability to deliver optional equipment into your monthly training sessions.  This approach safeguards you from stagnation so you never burn out or hit a plateau.  Our unique method of incorporating optional equipment into your monthly DVD guarantees you the greatest results in the shortest amount of time. 

PUSH.tv is the only comprehensive program that changes as you change, progressing your body the way a trainer would from month to month - in a customized way. 

Phase I (Months 1, 2, 3) Core and Advanced Core:  In this phase, we build a super-strong foundation, aligning and balancing all muscle groups using innovative exercises and resistance work. We incorporate optional equipment and area of focus into your DVD.  Challenging for all fitness levels.

Phase II (Months 4, 5, 6) Advanced Core and Body/Functional:  This is where you really start seeing results!  We incorporate balance/stability/tempo options into the routine and increase specific body part focus.

Phase III (Months 7, 8, 9) Advanced Body/Functional:  By now, your body has experienced some changes, and it's craving to be PUSHed even further!  Here, we couple more challenging exercises with cardio intervals to work your muscles and the CV (cardio) system.  Incredible changes happen in this phase.

Phase IV (Months 10, 11, 12) Circuit:  Circuit training is a highly advanced system of grouping body parts to achieve increased strength and muscular endurance while tapping into the CV system during workouts. The rewards keep coming...and your entire body completes its transformation!
