Brave Beginner: Physical fitness isn't really part of your life, but you want to change that. You can manage a brisk walk for 15-20 minutes, you have weight loss goals in mind, and you're ready to start looking - and feeling - better every day.

Aspiring Athlete: You occasionally play recreational sports and you can maintain a brisk 20-30 minute bike ride or walk, or even take the stairs if need be. It's just that you're not in Varsity shape anymore, and you really want to get back there.

Experienced Exerciser: You work out regularly and try to integrate cardio and strength training into your routine. On a good day (say, 3-4 times a week), you can sustain 30 minutes of running or other strenuous cardio activity. Yet, something's telling you the biggest results are yet to come and you're ready to get PUSHed.

Workout Warrior: You're in excellent shape. You can handle intense 45-60 minute cardio sessions 3-4 times per week and you're comfortable doing regular strength training on your own. You may even have a background in competitive sports. What you're searching for now is the kind of challenge that will PUSH you to your outer limits.
